Orders are carefully packed in customized reinforced fiber board boxes to ensure undamaged arrival. However, damages can occur in transit.  If items are damaged please call our customer service (800) 433-4630 or (708) 345-8088. You may also email us at [email protected]

FedEx or UPS Shipments

Be sure to keep all damaged packaging. DO NOT THROW OUT THE BOXES! A shipment inspector may need to be called out to your location in order to assess and properly allocate a claim.

Freight (Palletized) Shipment

Procedures for damaged LTL Freight shipments differ. Before signing the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery it is imperative that you inspect all the cartons for visible damage. Be sure the amount of boxes, pails, or drums corresponds to the amount actually received. Write of brief description of damage incurred or missing pieces prior to signing the Bill of Lading. Carefully open the boxes, assess the damage and call customer service with 24 hours to make a damage claim with the freight line.

Refusing Shipments

Refusing to accept an order does NOT constitute an order cancellation. An order refused and returned to us will not be fully credited. Upon inspection, the total amount less the shipping and restocking charges will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the items.

As long as you sign for the proper amount of boxes received and not any visible damage you should NOT have to refuse a shipment.
